Stratosphere Highlighter

The Stratosphere single shadow is making a comeback as a highlighter in 37mm pan! This highlighter has a glowy, sea foam/ minty green shift and is inspired by the glow of the Earth's atmosphere, specifically the stratosphere layer that has ozone in it, the compound that protects all life on Earth from too much UV radiation.
