General Information:

Please keep in mind that as of now, all single shadows and lip glosses at products are manufactured by hand, not in a manufacturing lab. While we try our best to minimize imperfections and maximize uniformity, it may not always be possible to make products of the same kind be exactly identical/ without minor flaws.

As with all cosmetics, lab and hand-made alike, it is encouraged to perform a swatch test before use to ensure no allergic reaction occurs. M81 Cosmetics is not liable for any allergies or reactions to the products. 
Where are you located and do you ship internationally?

We are located in California, USA and ship internationally! Shipping within the US is about $4-8 dollars, and International shipping is about $18-$38 depending on the country.

Shipping + Processing Time

Please allow up to two weeks for order processing time (although most orders ship within 3 days). M81 Cosmetics is not responsible for packages after they have been dispatched. If your package fails to be delivered after an attempted delivery, please contact USPS for instructions on obtaining your package. Unfortunately, we have no control over packages after its has left our facility.

If your package is returned to M81 Cosmetics for any reason, you will have to place another order to receive it.

Returns

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

I accidentally inputted the wrong address, what do I do?

Please reach out to contact.m81.cosmetics@gmail.com immediately for assistance, we will try our best to make it right! There is no guarantee we will be able to cancel the order, so please double check your address before completing the order. M81 Cosmetics is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address that was provided at checkout.
Are your products vegan?

All palettes, highlighters, lip glosses, and most single shadows are vegan. There are some single shadows that contain carmine, a red pigment derived from insects. Please see the drop down menu titled "Details" for information on whether a specific single shadow is vegan.
